You are Responsible for the Contents of Your Computer
This is
one of those silly government things. The person who has probably the least
control of a computer is the person who owns it. Once it’s plugged into the net
you have had it. All the protection in the world will not save you. When you
log onto a website they can download what they please onto your computer and
you will have no idea what they are doing unless they are rank amateurs. Does
this mean the people who make these laws are computer numbskulls or just the
latter?
